The main reason for the improvement of air quality during the Spring Festival in 2016 was analyzed. The Environmental Protection Bureau of Beijing indicated that this is a more favorable condition for the diffusion of pollution and the comprehensive effect of the reduction of fireworks and firecrackers. 2016年春节期间北京PM2.5浓度较去年下降16%-中新网   中新网北京2月15日电(记者 阚枫 尹力)记者从北京市环保局获悉,今年春节期间,除夕至初六,北京PM2.5平均浓度为98微克 立方米,较去年春节同期下降16%。春节期间烟花爆竹燃放量明显下降,有效降低了烟花爆竹燃放对空气质量的不利影响。   据介绍,2016年春节期间(2月7日除夕―2月13日初六),北京空气质量优良日天数为3天,超标日天数为4天,其中2天达到五级重度污染。   与2015年春节期间同比,空气质量总体有较明显的改善,表现为2016年春节期间PM2.5平均浓度为98微克 立方米,较2015年春节期间的117微克 立方米下降19微克,降幅较为显著,约16%。中重度污染日也从去年春节期间的5天减少为今年春节期间的3天,有明显下降。   分析2016年春节期间空气质量同比改善的主要原因,北京市环保局表示,这是较为有利的污染扩散条件和烟花爆竹燃放影响下降的综合作用。   在污染扩散条件方面,除2月11-12日出现低气压、湿度大、逆温的不利扩散条件,其它时间北京主要受冷高压控制,偏北风,总体扩散条件较有利。在烟花爆竹燃放影响方面,据初步统计,2016年春节期间烟花爆竹销售量同比下降幅度约20%至30%,春节期间烟花爆竹燃放量明显下降,有效降低了烟花爆竹燃放对空气质量的不利影响。   具体分析,除夕夜间的烟花爆竹集中燃放对空气质量造成明显不利影响。 2月8日0时至1时,由于烟花爆竹集中燃放,北京全市PM2.5小时浓度明显跃升,2时出现700微克 立方米的最高峰值浓度,由于除夕夜间本市风速较小,PM2.5浓度回落缓慢,0时至6时持续为高浓度时段,平均浓度达到530微克 立方米。   除夕夜间,北京全市PM2.5小时最高值出现在平谷、通州、亦庄、房山、石景山等区域的空气质量监测点,浓度达到1000微克 立方米以上。同期远离燃放区域的京东北区域站、京西北区域站等监测子站PM2.5浓度低于40微克 立方米,较全市平均值低600微克 立方米以上,突出反映烟花爆竹燃放对空气质量的不利影响。   到了初五,烟花爆竹集中燃放再次对空气质量造成不利影响。初五夜间,北京全市PM2.5小时最高值出现在平谷、京东区域站、京东南区域站、京西南区域站等空气质量监测点,浓度达到270微克 立方米以上。同期远离燃放区域的京东北区域站、京西北区域站等监测子站PM2.5浓度低于100微克 立方米,也反映了燃放对空气质量的不利影响。   总体而言,与2015年除夕夜间相比,受扩散条件不利影响,2016年除夕夜间(18时至次日6时)PM2.5平均浓度同比上升53%,峰值浓度同比则上升69%。与2015年初五夜间相比,由于今年初五后半夜扩散条件明显转好,初五夜间PM2.5平均浓度及峰值浓度与去年相比有所下降。   此外,北京市环保局介绍,春节长假期间,由于大量人员、车辆离京,城市运行交通、货运物流交通、过境交通出现大幅度下降,北京地区污染源排放水平明显下降,其中交通污染源排放下降最为显著。(完)相关的主题文章:
